It's just like the dial says, it's a LeCoultre "Memodate". The dial looks refinished to me, so whether it started off like as a world time, we'll never know for sure. | ||

Thank you Zaf,i have more pictures of it,what i really wanted to know is it a rare watch with value or more on the lines as a scrap gold piece,as im thinking of selling it but i would rather see it go to some1 who would appreciate it more then my bullion guys      | ||

The Band is a Longinmes band, so it doesn't belong on this watch. The watch with the refinished dial is probably worth around $900-1000 and the band is worth at least scrap, so that'll give you an overall idea of value. | ||
