Hey Zaf,

I was wondering if you could help me date my great-uncles LeCoultre 14K White Gold Watch?

I just bought a new Jaeger-LeCoultre strap and I plan on ordering a new clasp as well. The watch keeps excellent time and is in excellent condition. I would love to know more about it.

Thanks,

Anthony

How would I be able to tell if the watch is "Solid" or "Gold Plated"? I am very new to this and I am debating on whether I should order a vintage buckle from a recommended vendor or a Stainless Steel Deployant Buckle from JLC.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
