Please anyone help because I am not a "watch person" and I dont want to get ripped off when I finally sell this item! On top and bottom are two large diamonds, very white and 1/3 to 1/2 CT each old miners. The watch is in perfect working order and 18K. Maybe someone could explain the markings some of which I havent seen anywhere as I haved searched this board all day?!
Thank you very much!Dial not scratched just dirty, nice golden tone!I copied the hallmarks exactly, is it a "limited edition"?The case is marked "360467" and the works "404127"A little hard to see the photo, the watch is a light "Rose Gold"

Looks like a Swiss 18k case, but the watch is AMerican market, just after WWII, maybe around 1946. Ladies watches are always hard to sell, but the value should be anywhere between $300 and $500.
