I can give you the year if you supply the movement serial number. I do not know the model, but the case reference number is likely to be "7853". This is a US Market watch.

I know that this is an older post, but I just ran across this model while categorizing some old LeCoultre Ads. This model was called the "Adonis 451" and was sold around 1969 for the original price of $550 on the solid 14K gold integrated band. I'm surprised that someone re-finished the dial in fire engine red because the literature states that the watch has a textured solid 14K dial.
