Hi Ive got a Le Coultre with case number 293856. mechanism number 638690 and 481 17 jewels 10k gold filled D&A round face with arabic numbering a small date dial above the Le Coultre gold hour and minute hands and a black second hand will post a picture as soon as i can thanks | ||

Looks like you have a US Market "powerwind" from the early 1950s. It isn't a date dial, but the amount of running time in that the watch has left in hours. |
