does anyone know the production count for soild 14k swiss cased 12 1/2 LC P484/A movements for 1946 triple date lecoultre mens watches? serial number 405899. thanks.

You will not find any records of how many of each case type were produced (especially for USA market watches), only how many movements were made, which is around 8000-9000.

No idea. It was made for 4-5 years and raw movements could have bee cased years later.

ok then, based on the info above, 1800 p484/a movements for 1946. sounds like i have a rare watch. with a swiss made case of 14k soild gold.

I guess, but no one really follows how many were made in a year as the movement could be cased years later and they were made in production runs, so you could have a lot one year and less in another. It's not mass production of course, but 8000-9000 made is not particularly rare.
