This question will go out to Zaf as you seem to answer all of the questions in this forum. Just bought a watch an auction sight unseen. Yes, I am crazy but you cannot win if you do not play. Paid $240. Posting a very poor photo. Looks like a Jaeger Lecoultre Master Hometime though it looks different from the ones I have seen in my limited research. Do you have an idea of age and whether you feel it is real? Of course with such a poor photo, it may be impossible to tell but I felt with your background you may be able to help me. Do you know of a data base of photos of LeCoultre watches that I can look through to properly identify it? Will post better photos after I have received the watch. If it is a fake, oh well. Win some. Have called the auction house and left a message for them to call me before sending the watch to determine whether it was authenticated. I have contacted my payment service to stop payment. What were the tell tale signs that this watch is a fake? Obviously, I am curious. Thanks for the information! | ||
