I am new to this board and ask for your indulgence on my lack of knowledge on the subject. I have this watch marked JLC on the dial, crown and bracelet, but the movement doesn't have any JLC markings. Must be around 70-80's. Can anyone please tell me if JLC really made these quartz watches? Are they worth something or are they only fakes.
Many Thanks
Luis

Unfortunately, I have never closely examined a quartz watch of the era. From the dial, it does look legitimate but the unsigned movement, even if is a quartz one should be something to investigate further.

Perhaps if you write JLC directly on this one.

Can someone help with an estimate of value of a JLC Albatros (near mint condition)ladies model, 18K YG, including bracelet, quartz movement, porcelain dial with moon phase inset at six o'clock?

I'm looking for a 501 calibre (ladies) Universal Geneve movement. Can anyone help?
