I want to bay Master Grand Taille but I heard that it can have tolerance of +/- 10 sec a day. My present cheaper watch have only +2 sec a day. Does anybody ca confirm that?

I can not comment on the new JLC, what they consider allowable. You may want to contact them directly.

However +/- 2 sec is in excess of the current chronometer specification which I believe is -4/+6.

I don't know where do you heard that but the calibre 889/2 is one of the finest on current watch market.
I bought my JLC MGT two years ago and since there is running constantly +/- 1 sec per day

Best regards
