I own a LeCoultre 14k gold "Wrist Alarm" from the early 1950s. It looks just like a Memovox. Are there any real differences between a Memovox and a Wrist Alarm or is it just marketing?

Wrist Alam is the name adopted in the US for the early US Memovox. The movements are the same, the cases, for US pieces were generally made in the US. Eventually, they were all called Memovox.
