LeCoultre Watch with diamonds need age

Posted on Thursday, December 17, 2009 - 12:11 pm:    I have a LeCoultre watch (shown) and would like to know the approximate age, and the value if possible. The face reads only Le Coultre, the numbers are 2 diamonds each. 14k gold on case. The inside reads Swiss unajusted Lacoultre Co #K818/1cw 17 jewels. 518792 and 7544. If anyone can advise I would appreciate. The band is an after market calf skin.
