Hi! I am new to this and I have been offered this 37mm stainless steel JLC vintage memovox. I would be very much appreciative if anyone can help to determine if this is a genuine watch and if so, the estimated price. It runs very well and there are no apparent dents or scratches.

But the inside of the back case read "Le coultre & co. which has had me puzzled. Enclosed are photos of front and inside.

The dials of this watch are redone, so that is a bit of a minus (and an important one in terms of value).
Otherwise, the rest of the watch is correct (the LeCOultre marking in the inside caseback is correct)
