Sounds like a ca. 2000 Reverso Gran'Sport Chronographe model.

COMMENT; you watch serial number is curiously exactly the same as the one in the JLC catalogue of year 2000. Forgers tend to pick up these 'available' serial numbers.

The real deal details:

Manually wound calibre 859.

Stainless steel case and strap.

Black or white dial on front, with Arret/Marche indicator in bottom RH corner.

Sweep centre seconds, red arrow tipped.

Reverse face (again black or white) has retrograde chronograph, upper 0 - 60 s circular dial, lower 0 - 30 mins retrograde semi-circular dial.

Example: BLACK FACE http://beta.antiquorum.com/catalog/2008/05/geneva-10th-11th-may/560/

Hi all, great site.
I have currently a ladies vintage JLC cocktail watch, with a round baton dial to a Jaeger, lever movement with back wind mechanism.12mm diameter. The bezel and shoulders are set with 24 round brilliant cut diamonds in white, four claw settings. Total diamond weight .75ct. 18 ct yellow gold meshlink tied ribbons bracelet with clip over clasp.

Would anyone know which year it is and current value?

With a picture, there are probably folks on here with enough knowledge to give you an idea of age.

However, as I'm sure Zaf will attest, we can't tell precisely without the serial number of the MOVEMENT (not the case), which means removing the back.
