Hi
I was browsing an reputable international auctionhouse and found this (sorry for long link):
http://lauritz.com/Item/Item.aspx?LanguageId=2&ItemId=1667260&nBids=5&sflang=en& ReturnUrl=http%3a%2f%2flauritz.com%2fItemList%2fItemList.aspx%3fLanguageId%3d5%2 6DC%3d1%26CPIn%3d0%26ISz%3d0%26PSz%3d30%26PSzG%3d6%26SO%3d3%26ST%3d1%26TTyp%3d2% 26TVal%3d86400%26FLId%3d5%26FCId%3d6%26FText%3d%26LLan%3dFalse%26Vat%3d0%26STA%3 d2%26sflang%3den%26IgId%3d117%231667260EndTagRU#

Now, this is a quartz master compressor. But I didn't know that Jaeger had made such a thing. This auction site has been known to carry fake goods before. Is this just as fake?

Thanks for your time

This appears to be an authentic MODEL (cannot vouch for actual watch).

It's a ca. 2007 model year Master Compressor Chronograph Lady:

Reference 174.84.02 (= ladies MC chrono, S/S, diamond set, white dial, 'leather' strap)
Mecha-quartz Calibre 631, 233 parts.
Case 36.8mm
Water resistant 100m
68 full-cut F-G VVS1 diamonds, total ca. 0.64 cts

Price new ca, GBP 4,200

Comments:
1. Curious buckle - am not sure that it is authentic as JLC buckles are usually signed
2. Strap is classic JLC double-stitched alligator

(Note that the case number that shows in the pictures is correctly different to the 'reference' number: former is the watch case, latter is the final sales combination of watch, case material, strap etc etc)
