JLC.pdf (2233.5 k)

Hello- Can anyone help me identify this watch? I have not been able to find a similar model on the internet or at the library. It was my Great-Grandmothers- it was purchased in New York and may be part of Greta Garbo's Estate, not certain. Any help or direction to obtain a value would be very helpful. The watch keeps perfect time as it is rather small (6in) and no one is small enough to wear since GG Mother. Thank you

It's a ladies backwind. Fairly common. Do you have a specific question?

Value is $800-1200 typically. It's a difficult watch to repair.

They were made in the late 1950s to the mid 1960s.
I'd need the serial number of the movement to date it more accurately.

The numbers on the back of the watch are 775998.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I can date watches based on the MOVEMENT serial #, but it appears to be late 1950s.
