It's a 70s Master Quartz as the dial reads.
Not worth that much since it is Quartz powered.

as I remember its cal.352 - first analog mechanical quartz movement, also used by GP - GP actually claims its their invention:-),

Worth less than 500. So no need to call the insurance company. ;)

Google for Master Quartz or check on ebay.
Hope you are not too disappointed, take it for what it is, a family heirloom, nothing money can recover.

Yes, this is a fist generetion quartz caliber, 352 (developed by GP) the most common the "carr� arrondi" case, this is another type, IMHO a little lower priced for the collector's market.
Please tell for me the case numbers.
