One of the franken watches with Russian case my friend found in Europe, for me the movement looks like cal.839 but I am not sure. any ideas... thx for your help  |

I don't see an cal 839 in the bestfit manual or my parts manuals (though these probably stop at about 1975). Maybe it was made after that? |

I have no doubts the movement is real. It's pretty nicely made and adjusted to 5 positions. |

Thank you for help he is going to try to get the custom made white gold case for it and I ll ask him to check the markings under the balance bridge, I was thinking that thats one of the first version of ultra - thin movement. thx for the help ] Rafal |
