My grandfather's JLC watch, still operational. Stem-winding, plain gold case (coppery-looking, rather than bright yellow). The following number is engraved on the back: 574000 and below that, the letter "A". I haven't opened the case , so I don't know the movement serial number. Any info would be appreciated. I can't tell you anything from the case serial # other than it is 18k. Maybe circa 1950. Sorry. Need photo and movement seril # to date. |

Hello everyone! I recently bought a vintage JLC, and I was wondering whether you could help in confirming whether it is original or not. The seller said that it has a JLC K818/C movement, but I wasn't able to find any reference for this in the forum so far. I also noticed that there is no seconds hand. Is that correct? Yes, it looks real to me, it's a smaller mens watch from the 1960s. |
