I came across this forum while looking for information about the Cartier badged JLC Memovox. I really appreciate the incredible amount of information that this presented here - although the world of Memovox seems a bit intimidating. Looks like there are a ton of fakes and marriages on the market, and navigating all of that will take quite a bit of homework.
For some time I have been interested in finding a Cartier badged Memovox. (I love the Memovox and for professional reasons I can only wear Cartier watches.) Based on the collective experience of those here, how rarely do these show-up? What exactly should I be looking for when considering an example? Are there any basic "red flags" that I should be aware of?
Your experience is much appreciated!

I'd suggest cutting your teeth on a JLC Memovox and then "graduating" to a Cartier. The temptation to fake Cartiers as much greater than JLC. If you'd can't ID a real JLC Memovox, then identifying a real Cartier Memovox is much harder.
