If 18k gold it depends a little on the size, how wide is it?

Case is 1 3/8" wide, crystal is 1 1/8" wide. Also watch does not keep time, needs some work. There are some scratches in it so I would call it "fair" condition. I believe the watch could be buffed and polished up to "good" condition. Thank you for helping me identify and value this watch.

Lets say at least $800-900 at most $1800-1900. It's largely dependent on condition and originality and how much work it needs to get it up to spec.
