I never saw LeCoultre "memovox" watches like this one. but I am probabably wrong.
the seller told me it was a Vacheron Constantin movement. is it right?
could you explain me the "unajusted" nitifaction?

There is no such thing as a Vacheron Constantin movement inside of a LeCoultre watch. The seller is referring to the import mark of VXN which was shared with Vacheron in the 1950s. It's a LeCoultre caliber 814 which has nothing to do with Vacheron.

Unadjusted means that the movement was not specifically adjusted (i.e. timed) for certain positions like dial up, dial down, etc.
