I'm trying to get a date of manufacture for a Jaeger LeCoultre Lady's Gold Wristwatch. Information I have states circa 1980 but would like to get confirmation. I don't have a photo of the watch itself to post.

Model: 9219-21
Case No: 1495353
Movement: K895

I have a watch that says 1389389 and its from 1959-1961 and one sold that said its from 1960s and that number was 1480186 so im guessing yours may be from 1960-1961 I cant get anyone to tell me what year mine is from and I contacted lecoultre company with no reply yet so im using my own deductions, HOWEVER my serial number and the one from the 1960s is a different watch so im not sure if the numbers are for all models or just that spacific model, im guessing its correct though

Your watch is late 1959 early 1960. I'm not sure how much more precise one can be. Generally speaking JLCs are dated via the movement, not the case back serial #.

As far as the Clayrenee message, I will need a MOVEMENT serial #. It appears to be a mid 1970s piece.
