Hello. It looks like a re-case to me, i.e. the case is not JLC. It appears to be a dial & movement from the 450 movement family which would be late 1930s to late 1940s but the case appears to be of the pre-1920s style and does not appear to be a JLC product. It also looks like the sweep second if missing. Sorry.
