Hello, I have the 65 or 1st edition polaris. I need a crystal and also missing the outer back. Are crystals avalable, I know backs must be impossible. Do I have to send to JL?

Original profile crystals are not available. You can get something that fits with some trial and error. Backs are not available. Not even sure JLC has them anymore.
