Hi - I am new to vintage watches, but am keen to build up a collection. The Enclosed Jaeger has got my attention and I would like to bid for it, but have no idea what it would be worth or if it is real - help!! Description is: The near mint solid 14k gold case is fully signed and hallmarked for LeCoultre inside The solid 14K case is fully marked inside; 14K L.W.W.Co INC USA 33747 Thanks for your help!! |

It is a USA market watch. It's real EXCEPT, the dial has been repainted as a Jaeger-LeCoultre. It should say LeCoultre. So if you're intent on having originality, the watch would fail that test. |

It's a watch that was sold in the USA. As such, the dial should say "LeCoultre" not JLC. I would not pay $1000c if I were you. |

$600-700usd is what I think it is worth, nothing similar sorry. |
