My grandmother recently passed and the estate has a watch that was bought in 1945 by my grandfather for her. I am not able to upload a picture at this time but it is gold color and is stamped with "W10k Gold Filled" on the back. The face has the "12" & the "6" with the other numbers being hash marks. The face is cushion style. It has a scalloped type setting at the top and the base of the face attaching it to a delicately styled band. Each square of the strech band has a small design and on he back it says "Speidel USA". The watch is completely original but is missing the stem only in order to work. We are looking for an approximate estimate and if you know where we can get a stem. The Chicago and Ohio suppliers do not have it according to a vintage jeweler. Any help would be appreciated. I will try to get a photo uploaded asap. Thanks!
