No specific model name, "just" a Memovox. :-)
Case looks unusual - most likely a French
or British production case. Guess a late 50s
watch.
Does it have any hallmarks?
Value depends on gold content, but surely around
1k or above.
BTW. crystal seems to have a crack at 7/8 hour.

I have the same watch.
For some time I myself was a bit doubtful about the 'original' status of the case (unusual smooth concave bezel edge and somewhat vague shape around crowns), until I saw at least 2 exact similar versions and now yours.
I could also identify this memovox as the reference E852 in an old catalog (a reference that existed apparently only in gold)

I believe total production of this watch was extremely limited
