For the movement, I'd say first quarter of 1947, it may have been up to 2 more years before the movement is fitted and the watch is sold however.

Looks like a redone dial to me, so I'd discount the watch a little.
How does the dial fit in the case? Any gaps at all? Normally I'd be looking for the dial to be screwed in,
in fact you can see the hole for one of the screws right about the 12:00 position.

$2200 to $2500 is a typical price for a subsidary seconds one with a redone dial.
