thank you Zaf for your answer.
I have never seen the mark "Jaeger-le-Coultre", usually it is written "Jaeger-leCoultre". Is there a difference?
Don't you think the dial has been refinished?
My watch looks like this one:

late 50's?

IMO, the dial has been refinished.

The markers and registers do not line up well. I agree that the extra dash is also a tell-tale sign.

Take care,

I think you should post a picture of the movement inside, maybe you could have a (good) surprise.

Some Jaeger's chronometer grade movements ("Geophysic" type) have been put in similar cases, and since they are very rare, it might change the value of your watch.
Normally, it should be marked "chronometer" on the dial, but since this one is not the original one, who knows? the inscription might have been lost ...

I'd like to open it but I don't know how to... I do not have any tool except a knife. Any advice on how to proceed safely? When listening to it, I noticed that the frequency of the movement is 2,5Hz...

You need a sharp blade to open it, yes. Not sure what you mean by frequency of 2.5Hz, it makes 18,000 oscillations per hour...
