Im am trying to identify my new watch, but I need help.

Its a typical dress watch, very thin, yellow gold, champange dail, very clean and simple looking. It runs very accurate.

What I know about it:

Purchased from an authorized dealer in 1979.
Its solid 18ct yellow gold.
It measures 33mm across and its less than 5mm thick.
Its mechanical with manual wind.
It has only got hour and minute hands.
It has saphire crystal glass.

On the back it reads:
9226 21
1503222

Is it an early Ultra Slim/Thin with a cal. 839 movement?

Please identify this watch for me, tell me what you know about this specifik model and what do you think it is worth?

Thanks - HMH
