Thanks

The first one came out in 1931 with a Tavannes caliber 050 movement. The first LeCOultre powered one would have been 1933.

Zaf,
If I understand correctly, the ladies model (smaller size) came out practicaly at the same time of the gents one.
Can you confirm that?
Many thanks,

Roberto

I think it is what Zaf indeed says (and what the Reverso book also says), so you understood right.

here is a picture of a ladies reverso for sale in Japan (Zaf please remove if you find it inapropriate)

Thanks to both of you (and please apologise for being a little slow...)!
If I give you the serial number would you be able to date it?
For Clavi, do you know at what price is that on on sale in Japan?

I can't date Tavannes powered watches but they were only made in 1931 to 1933 Max. If you have a LeCoultre movement serial number, I can date it...

Clavi: No problem posting pics.

Hey did you still have that weird alarm with the arrow alarm pointer instead of the disk?

I finally got the factory to admit they actually made that caliber 601.

it is 399,000 Yens which which converts to 2,945 Euro which seems to me way too much (although it will be difficult for you to locate one, so on second thought the price might after all not be so unrealistic...)

No that's kind of high...when I sell them, it would defintely be under 2000 Euro.

Did you still have that cal 601 alarm?
