Well, it isn't called a Master Date, that type of designation did't come until much later. 1947 sounds about right. Movement is likely a caliber 484.

Many thanks for such a quick answer.
It's very much appreciated.
I can add the movement number, perhaps it means something to you :459269
I've found a very similar watch for sale in Italy
of which I enclose a pic.
This one is marked simply 'Le Coultre ' .
There is also a difference in the positioning of date numbers (in my watch they are reversed in the bottom part of the dial)and are of a different colour.
Is anything strange in this? were both made in the same years?
thanks again

Your dial looks like it has been repainted at some point in it's life. The above dial looks like it is original. "LeCoultre" is the US market for this watch, it is likely to be made of 14k gold.

Despite the fact that this triple date was sold to me on the ebay as ''all original''the dial was clearly repainted, and badly ,I should say.
The rest of the watch, case and movement looks original and in very good shape.
Do you think there is any chance to find somewhere in the market an original triple date dial ?
what could be the price ?
In the worst of cases is anybody doing very good remakes?
Many thanks for help.

I thik JLC has a few yellow marker dials left, there are no pink marker dials. This will be very expensive. If you send it to a refinisher, one of the German ones are fine. You need to take the dial off either yourself or my your watchmaker. The top jobs run 200 Euro and up.

Ilja will know where to send it.
