I suspect it is a redial.

At a minimum, that dial (LeCoultre) does not belong with that movement (Jaeger-LeCoultre).

The normal Memovox 825 movement is the same either way, so it is impossible to tell if a watch started off as a World time watch, that's why there are so many fakes.

The bracelet is by Gay Freres. It is original to the Memovox Automatic models. They are very lightweight and break/stretch easily, so not that many are left in circulation.
