Hi Zaf, I have been watching this site for about 6 months now and find it very informative and engaging. I have a Jaeger LeCoultre day date month watch that needs work. My watchmaker cannot get the parts and says it needs a cannon pinion, hour wheel, another wheel he cannot identify and the pin is broken on the month disc, but I have the disc. Also needs the hour, minute and seconds hand but I have the date pointer. Inside the plates seems to running good but is dirty. My question is is this something you could restore for me? I have included a photo. Thanks in advance for any help with this project.

It looks to me like you're going to need a donor movement. There is too much stuff missing.

No one other than the factory will have that many parts for that movement short of a com0plete movement. A factory restore will probably cost you $3000.
