I picked this up recently and am looking for some more info. The p478's that i've seen on the net are all plated cases, this one seems to be solid SS, is this possible? How do the dial/hands look to you. The movement cal is p478/a and what would be a good date guess for this watch? What about approximate value?
Thanks!
Fred

Probably around 1950, there is nothing unusual about having a caliber 478 in a stainless steel case.
