I recently got a LeCoultre watch as a gift. I can, unfortunately, not find anywhere when it was made. Could anyone help me with that? How can I find that out? Apparently the Calibre is 436. I attached a picture of the watch |

Hi Zaf, Thanks for this answer. Must say that it is fascinating how one watch can get one interested in classic watches. Would you have some info on how it looks (just from the picture?) it is 14K plated. Is it all original? It seems that the day (MON-SUN) sometimes does not change whereas the date (1-31) does. Is this normal for this age watch? Greetings from Holland Pieter-Jan |

It's probably 10k gold filled, a type of plating, the dial looks refinished to me. The day of week should change every day. |
