These watches don't have a seconds hand, though I expect you meant to say minute hand. Hands for these Blancpain-manufactured movements were pretty generic. You can probably find a suitable moon-style replacement hand to match what you need from any watch supply house. Changing both hands as a set probably wouldn't anger many folks, either, as these watches are plentiful on the market and aren't particularly collectible. You probably won't find a click for this old 1930s movement at a materials house (though you can try), but you can find a donor watch or movement very cheap if you watch eBay auctions. Broken/beat-up Blancpain/A.LeCoultre watches are constantly on auction and many close for pocket change. You sometimes find them in groups/lots of non-working movements sold for salvage. Greg |
