Question if outer dial is a redial (no SWISS under 6). Also is movement signed LeCoultre, or Jaeger-Lecoultre? If LeCoultre that would be another clue to a redial.

Dial is definitely re-done, hands may not be original to the watch, otherwise it looks OK.
