here is my grandfather's watch. It's stainless steel with a champaign color face with alarm. . The writing on the face reads "memodate" instead of memovox.

Does anyone know what price to give this watch in order to place it on my insurance?

Thank you for the info. By the way, do you or anyone else know where I can find an original buckle or both a buckle and strap? I was bidding on a buckle on ebay, but I did not win the bid.
