Hi, I gave my Ultra Thin to the authorized repair center (in Dallas, TX). Repair done, they send me back the wrong watch. I call them up, tell them about their mistake, they say - yeh, we will ship you your watch but first ship another one back to us. Do they have the right to require me first ship back the wrong watch so that they ship mine to me? |

Well, the wrong watch isn't your watch (it belongs to someone else that's really angry at the A.D.), so I don't see why you'd keep it. |

I would ask them for a return shipping label. You should not have to pay for shipping in this case. Rick "who'd ship it back asap in any case--it's someone else's watch for which you do not want to be responsible" Denney |

Yeah, ask them for a return label, good idea. |
