Hello,

This automatic JLC watch (Master Control Calendar) was recently given a full service by Jaeger-LeCoultre themselves. Since the service, Ive noticed that the crown recoils after each turn (please see the video showing this at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzzdkgSVoX0&feature=youtu.be). The crown recoils on each turn even when the power reserve is on the low side. I dont ever recall the crown recoiling before the service. Is it normal for the crown to recoil on each turn or is there something wrong? I have a 12 month warranty, but just asking here before I take it back, as JLC London is a fair distance from me. I look forward to your response.

Thank you

It is indicative of a click that not engaging. So it's actually unwinding. It's not a huge problem, but given what these guys charge, unacceptable.
