It a composite of some genuine and some fake parts from at least 3 watches. So there is no model per se and value is that of the genuine parts (like the back looks real).

Thanks for your reply Zaf, I saw it earlier today in an old world handicrafts shop in Ventiane, Laos. It's priced at $300 but it's amongst similar looking watches, pocket watches, rings, bracelets and jewellery so as you can imagine there is no expert knowledge on site to assist.
