LeCoultre Doctors Watch - 14K Gold Case - Hooded Lugs
I unfortunately have no idea of the production date of this watch I'm trying to sell. It has SN: 257216 on the movement with code; VXN, Ref. 17891 on the inside of the back case.

US market, 1943-1944. It is not a doctors watch, just a subsidiary seconds watch. Doctors watches traditionally have the hour and minute hands off center.
