Hi, new to the forum, and I was hoping to get some expert advice. I have a few modern JLCs but I'm not an expert, and I know little about vintage JLCs. I found one on sale and would like to ask the experts if the watch is a frankenwatch? Also, are there other 'warning signs', looking at the watch? The dial is fairly patinated, but I'm OK with it, as I have several other vintage Omegas with patina that I'm quite happy with. Thanks in advance!     | ||

Looks genuine to me. The top is chrome plated, so I'd look for wear on the high spot and edges. As a chrome plated watch, it is less desirable than an all steel one. | ||
