Thank you so much for this most informative forum. I have tried to find similar watches IDed here, but have not found enough direct confirmation that I am comparing apples to apples. So, if you could help me ID this watch that I inherited upon a dear friend's passing, I would be most appreciative. My suspicion is that this was my friend's father's watch, from around the early 1950s, and not his own actual purchase (unless he bought one used, which I doubt). The movement ID# is 477644 The case ID# is 425545, and on the inside it says 18K, LC with a pine tree(?) between the L and C, and there is a what appears to be a woman's head medallion, and a key with the number 3 in the tooth. There is also what I assume to be about 6 or 7 watchmaker signatures and dates, the earliest one that seems to be from 1956. BTW, as hard as I tried, I could not find any indications as to the type of movement in it. This is the 30mm version.
