I'm working with a client that recently had a house fire. I'm trying to identify the watch below in order to determine replacement value. The watch is a family heirloom that belonged to a WWII US Army Air Corp Pilot. I thought it was possibly from that era (1940's) but can't seem to locate an exact photo match from the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Quality of the front photo is poor but all I have available. Front of Jaeger LeCoultreBack of Jaeger LeCoultre

Case looks a little strange to me in those photos, but the steel caliber 478 family watches usually trade in the $400-800 range. If my replacement value you mean what would it cost to get a new similar JLC, then it would be several fold higher than that.
