Hi, i have been searching for a while to find the right watch for me. I want something simple, which is why i like the vintage Jaeger Lecoultres I have found the watch i want. but i would like to know if its genuine, im prety sure it is, but the seller has told me that the dial and hands are genuine and have never been restored I have been told it is fully serviced. Swiss Made Hand Wound Jaeger LeCoultre LEGENDARY High Grade Cal.P480/C, Fully Signed, 17 Jewels. In strong working condition Circa 1950 Also he has no box or papers, which is only to be expected of a watch this age. any idea of a rough valuation so i dont pay over the odds?? Also there is no mention so i assume not, but would it be waterproof?
Any help would be greatly appreciated |

I think there is a good chance that dial is refinished, otherwise it looks OK. It is not waterproof. |
