I bought this moonphase watch a month ago. Can anyone authenticate the watch?

Ive posted a couple of pictures below. Took the watch to Tourneau and they wouldnt open it!

The case looks real, but the dial looks refinished and the hour hand seems short. Crown is a replacement....

The dial looks reprinted to me, the day and month disks smell fishy.
We need to see caseback and movement.

Is it 14k or 18k?

Thanks . It is 18k. The store mentioned the movement was Swiss ETA.

Will post a picture of the caseback and movement.

Movement looks real. Should have caliber stamped under the balance wheel. Either a 484 or a 494.

Then it should have a Jaeger-LeCoultre dial.
