It's a British army watch from 1944/1945. Since it is re-issed to the Dutch forces in Indonesia (KNIL) the value is above average, like $2000.
Movement is cal. 479. Case top is frosted chrome plated brass while the case back is stainless steel.
The WWW watches are incorrectly called Mark 10 (in IWC language)
