the numbers inside the watch are as follows
14236 (6 or L) N
3157L
2829L
A 11/12 R 750 4/10

engraving of a queen?
key?


any help you could give me with dating this watch or letting me know the model or value would be greatly appreciated

the A 11/12 R is off to the left side of the numbers ending in L and the 4/10 is off to the right side of these numbers. the 750 is in the middle below those numbers.

No idea from the info given other than it is 18k gold. I'm unlikely to be able to identify a ladies watch anyway. Sorry.
